What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers) Lead and manage a top-notch desktop support squad! Keep ICT services & infrastructure in peak condition. Implement & manage IT frameworks like ITIL, ITSM, or COBIT. Ensure business service management solutions run like clockwork. Drive projects, upgrade systems, and squash tech bugs before they bite. Maintain rock-solid service levels—because tech meltdowns are not an option.

What You Bring to the Table (Your Toolkit) 5+ years’ experience as an ICT Desktop Support/Services Manager. Deep knowledge of ICT services & infrastructure management. Exposure to industry frameworks (ITIL, ITSM, COBIT). Experience in
