We are seeking a HVAC Assistants to support our technicians in service, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems (HVAC). This role is perfect for a hands-on individual eager to gain experience in a dynamic technical environment while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards and a valid driver’s license and be willing to work over-time.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
As our HVAC Assistant, you will:
Complying with Health and Safety Requirements
Support Repairs and Maintenance
Installation Support
Equipment Maintenance
General Site Preparation
Team Collaboration
Preventative Maintenance
Site Setup and General Housekeeping
Technical Skills:
Basic Mechanical Understanding – Learn about machines, tools, and HVAC system components.
Equipment Maintenance – Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision.
Active Learning – Proactively seek knowledge on HVAC systems functions and components.
Soft Skills & Work Approach:
Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in tasks, from cleaning to assisting with installations.
Team Player – Work collaboratively with senior technicians and supervisors.
Friendly & Helpful – Maintain a positive attitude while learning and assisting.
Good Housekeeping Skills – Keep work areas clean and organized for efficiency and safety.
