Galetti Corporate Real Estate is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage our national HR operations, supporting our people, culture, and continued growth.

Key Responsobilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment administration process.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies where applicable.
  • Manage interview calendars and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate assessments and reference checks.
  • Manage the offer approval process.
  • Draft and issue employment offers.
  • Prepare employment contracts and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Process employment changes including: Promotions, Salary adjustments, Transfers, Contract amendments & Probation confirmations
  • Maintain organisational structures and reporting lines.
  • Administer leave records.
  • Ensure HR systems remain accurate and up to date.

Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain all employment documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Assist with disciplinary processes and documentation.
  • Coordinate incapacity and grievance procedures.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Support B-BBEE employment equity initiatives where required.
  • Coordinate Employment Equity reporting.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation.
  • Arrange IT, access cards, equipment and workstation readiness.
  • Coordinate induction programmes.
  • Ensure all compliance documents are completed before commencement.
  • Introduce new employees to company culture and values.

Offboarding

  • Coordinate resignation and termination processes.
  • Arrange exit interviews.
  • Recover company assets.
  • Ensure final documentation is completed.
  • Coordinate system access removal.

Culture & Hospitality

Act as the custodian of the company's culture and employee experience by creating an environment where employees feel welcomed, engaged and supported.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate staff events and celebrations.
  • Manage employee recognition programmes.
  • Oversee birthdays, anniversaries and milestone celebrations.
  • Ensure office hospitality standards are maintained.
  • Promote the company's values throughout the organisation.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate wellness initiatives.
  • Assist with employee feedback programmes

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years' HR Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of South African Labour Law.
