Responsibilities :
Lead and support all HR functions, policies, and initiatives across the organization
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development processes
Oversee employee relations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary processes with integrity
Ensure compliance with Employment Equity, BBBEE, and labour legislation
Maintain and improve HR systems, digital tools, and administrative efficiency
Partner with Finance on payroll processing and HR budget alignmen
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a similar or senior HR role
Strong knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and best practices
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital HR tools
Own Vehicle and Valid drivers License.
