Your Mission:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Regional HR Manager and HR Business Partner in implementing people and leadership initiatives, as well as various administrative duties.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Regional HR manager and HR business partner to support HR initiatives.
Utilize data proactively for suggestions on improvements aligned with business needs.
Assist in preparing and executing site visits, including management training sessions.
Provide information to internal leaders regarding employment-related issues (hiring, organizational changes, promotions, exits).
Ensure proper implementation of compensation and benefits changes, including Variable Compensation and commissions.
Coordinate and follow up on employee engagement plans and activities.
Support talent and performance management in operations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Exemplify the digital way of working.
Adopt an agile mindset in all activities.
Skills, Competence, and Experience:
Fluency in English is essential.
2-4 years of relevant work experience in HR and/or administration.
Experience in at least two of the following HR functions: hiring, compensation and benefits, HR administration, talent development, and learning.
Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Behavioral Science.
