We are seeking a proactive and detailed orientated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and support our growing workforce.
This position is based in Pomona, Kempton Park.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee records management.
Support payroll, leave tracking and benefits administration
Help Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Provide administrative support for training and employee engagement programs
Handle employee queries and escalate concerns as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Matric or relevant qualification.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
3 – 5 Years HR experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
