What we’re looking for
- Senior HR leadership experience in food & beverage, manufacturing, hospitality, or both
- Comfortable working across multiple companies or brands at once, with the flexibility to switch context quickly
- Track record building HR function from a low base: policy, structure, systems, capability
- Strong on high-volume and hourly workforces – recruitment, retention, attrition, ER
- Commercially credible with founders, MDs and boards; confident influencing without direct authority
What you’ll do
- Own the people agenda across the portfolio, from workforce planning to leadership development
- Build scalable HR infrastructure that works across businesses of different sizes
- Partner with each operating company’s leadership on org design, performance and succession
- Lead on ER, compliance and employment risk across multiple entities
- Drive retention and engagement in operationally demanding, frontline environments
- Coach and develop site-level HR and management teams
