Are you a strategic Human Capital Business Partner who knows how to turn people strategy into real business impact?
We’re looking for an experienced HC professional to join a leading organisation’s Head Office Human Capital team and partner with leaders across the business to drive meaningful people initiatives across the full Human Capital lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the go-to HC partner for line management, helping leaders navigate everything from employee relations and performance management to talent, learning, change and HC projects.
Your key focus areas will include:
- Partnering with line managers to deliver effective HC solutions
- Implementing and monitoring HC policies and procedures
- Supporting discipline, employee relations and performance processes
- Driving talent management, recruitment, onboarding and learning initiatives
- Guiding managers through performance enablement
- Supporting transformation and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Partnering with HC specialists on strategic projects and change initiatives
- Ensuring accurate and effective HC reporting
- Providing practical HC solutions to address business challenges
What we’re looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or a related field
- 5+ years’ relevant Human Capital experience
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, including EE, SD, LRA and BCEA
- Experience across talent and recruitment, performance management and employee relations
- Strong influencing, facilitation and problem-solving skills
- A results-driven, collaborative approach
- Excellent MS Office proficiency
- SAP ECC6 experience would be an advantage
