Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
· Support and guide managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
· Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement.
· Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
· Champion company culture and support change management efforts.
-What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role (3+ years preferred).
· Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
