Position:  Human Resource Operations Manager (Corporate Stores)

Duties And Responsibilities

HR Operations and Process Management

Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and compliance.

Design, implement, and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

Monitor and manage HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems), ensuring data accuracy and functionality.

Overseecompliance with labor lawsand organizational policies, ensuring timely updates and adherence.

Employee Lifecycle Management

Oversee the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.

Ensure all employee documentation is accurately maintained and securely stored in compliance with legal requirements.

Partner with recruitment and talent teams to facilitate smooth handovers from hiring to onboarding.

Payroll And Benefits Administration

Supervise payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and statutory regulations.

Overseeemployee benefitsprograms, including health insurance, retirement plans, andwellness initiatives, ensuringeffective communicationand enrollment.

Conduct periodic audits of payroll and benefits processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.

HR Data And Reporting

Manage HR metrics and analytics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.

Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations tosenior management.

Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of HR data, implementing measures to prevent unauthorized access.

TeamLeadershipAnd Collaboration

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.

Serve as the HR lead during audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll administration, and HR systems.

Experience with HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites on occasion.
