Steadman Hub have partnered with an well known HubSpot partner who specialise in technical HubSpot projects spanning a vast number of industries and project types. They are on the lookout for a Solution Architect to join the team on a remote basis to lead across a number of projects.
This is a South Africa based role on a remote basis.
As a Solution Architect, you will lead technical discovery – mapping out HubSpot architecture, integrations, and data across the system. You’re also expected to remain involved in the actual implementation of HubSpot – configuring complex workflows, integrations, and custom properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery across multiple HubSpot clients, highlighting business requirements, existing systems, and data structures
- Build solutions across technically integrated systems, mapping requirements for developers and implementation teams
- Architect the flow of data, relationships, and transformation logic
- Lead migration planning, including data integrity, and defining API, middleware, and system interaction requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience within a HubSpot partner is needed
- Ability to concisely gather requirements and translate technical language into simple terms
- Strong technical knowledge of HubSpot, CRMs, data flows, and API integrations
- Ability to manage multiple projects

- Strong compensation package of £50,000 – £60,000 (ZAR 92k – ZAR 111k per month equivalent) per annum (paid in GBP as they’re a UK based agency)
