Hub Spot Expert / CRM Administrator
Location: Remote, open to offshore applicants from South Africa and LATAM
Company Overview: We are a growing organization with three distinct business units operating within Hub Spot. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Hub Spot Expert to bring our platform in-house, optimize its use, and drive efficiencies across all business units. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Hub Spot to take ownership and become the go-to expert for our team.
Job Overview: As the Hub Spot Expert, you will manage and optimize all aspects of our Hub Spot platform across three business units. You will be responsible for building out integrations, automations, and creating detailed reports to ensure the data within Hub Spot is accurate, up-to-date, and leveraged effectively. You’ll collaborate with various departments to maximize the use of Hub Spot tools, and you’ll be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and system efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of Hub Spot CRM across all business units, acting as the go-to expert.

Build and manage automations, workflows, and integrations to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Proactively monitor, optimize, and maintain the integrity of our Hub Spot system, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.

Develop detailed and actionable reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into marketing, sales, and customer data.

Identify and act on opportunities to leverage Hub Spot’s full range of tools and features to drive efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

Work closely with the team to ensure best practices are being followed for CRM usage and continuously improve the system’s performance.

Stay updated on new features, integrations, and updates within Hub Spot, ensuring the business is always using the latest advancements.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow between systems and maximize CRM value.

Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly when it comes to system troubleshooting, integrations, and process improvements.

Desired Skills and

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience using Hub Spot, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.

Experience in CRM administration, with a strong grasp of Hub Spot’s workflows, reporting tools, and integrations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to dig deep into systems to identify solutions and optimizations.

Experience with Hub Spot integrations with other software systems (e.g., email marketing platforms, customer support tools, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret detailed reports and dashboards.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of projects and improvements.

Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus: A passion for staying on top of the latest trends and features in Hub Spot and other CRM platforms, with a curious, CRM/Data/Workflow “nerd” mindset for problem-solving.
