Managing Bargaining council compliance

Reporting
Time and attendance
GENERAL HR ADMINISTRATION
RECRUITMENT
All on-boarding from end to end
Recruitment compliance
TRAINING
Managing the training program for learners/students on learnerships
WELLNESS
Identify and execute employee wellness initiatives
PAYROLL
Weekly administrative duties to ensure weekly salaries are paid.
Managing Bargaining council compliance
Requirements
Grade 12
HR Training/ Qualification
Computer literate
Ability to sign (SASL as a primary or additional language)
Clothing Bargaining council experience or knowledge would be advantageous
COMPETENCIES
Attention to detail
Leadership qualities
Able to work independently
Good communications skills
Competent in MS Office
