HR Specialist Jobs in La Lucia at Sunline Supply Chain South Africa (Pty) Ltd
1. Support organizational stuff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program, analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes
2. Enhance the organization’s human resource planning, implementing and evaluating human resource policies and programs and practices
3. Responsible for developing training and development for employee capacity building
4. Engage directly with line managers on personnel management
5. Ensuring company compliance to statutory laws
6. Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
7. Ensure a standard employee disciplinary and counseling procedure
8. Managing all human resource personnel
9. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
REQUIREMENTS
1. A minimum Degree in human resource management or other equivalent disciplines
2. At least 2 years proven practical experience in human Resource management
3. Strong leadership qualities
4. Strong Analytical skill
5. Problem solving abilities
6. Experience in an international logistics and company will be added advantage
