Our client, a leader in the Packaging Industry, has a vacancy for an experienced HR Practitioner based in Epping.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Ensure the correct application of all Company policies and procedures.

Implement and maintain sound HR Administration practices.

Responsible for payroll input to Shared Services and ensuring no payroll queries.

Effective Recruitment and Selection.

Accurately compile monthly HR reports / Training Reports.

Manpower Planning and movements.

Effective handling of various HR-related queries.

Arrange and attend disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, and IR-related issues.

Arrange and minute monthly Union & Transformation meetings.

Responsible for H.R company Inductions.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

B degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR in a manufacturing union environment.

Excellent Computer skills and familiarity with HR systems.

Good working knowledge of S.A Labour laws.

Understanding of business principles and HR environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently & under pressure.

Strong Leadership skills.
