Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
2–3 years relevant HR experience
Minimum 1 year experience in timesheet and payroll administration
Experience with biometrics time and attendance systems (e.g., Eco Time)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Role Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment for the site
Drafting contracts and staff requisitions
Sending reminders to relevant HODs for fixed-term contract (FTC) renewals
Issuing induction packs for new employees and submitting onboarding/offboarding documents to HQ
Distributing payslips for bargaining unit employees
Providing HR support to all on-site employees
Handling HR-related ad hoc tasks and employee queries
Managing Eco Time system – loading and terminating employees
Processing payroll:
Calculating timesheets, ensuring HOD approval
Reconciling Eco Time with payroll on a monthly basis
