Payroll Administrator / HR Officer

A manufacturing company in Killarney Gardens is seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our team. This role encompasses full payroll processing along with key HR functions outlined below.

Payroll processing
Employee take-on, contracts etc.
Liaison with bargaining councils and unions
IODs
EE implementation
Industrial relations
Disciplinary actions

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role.
Fully computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Experience with T & A and Payroll packages required.
Previous experience with A-Pay advantageous
