Position: HR Officer (Generalist) – fixed term
Our client based in Midrand is looking a HR OFFICER (GENERALIST) on a fixed term basis. The HR Officer will provide operational HR support and ensure the effective administration of human resource systems, employee records, recruitment processes, and HR compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and audit employee personnel files
  • Ensure HR documentation compliance and integrity
  • Manage leave administration and benefits records
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support disciplinary and employee relations processes
  • Maintain HR reporting data and dashboards

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ HR generalist experience
  • Sound understanding of South African labour legislation
  • Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
  • Experience with in a regulatory environment will be advantageous
