An established FMCG Manufacturing brand has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, qualified HR Officer in Durban. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with excellent organisational and people skills.
POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will have a tertiary (diploma or degree) HR qualification, 3+ years’ experience and strong HR / IR experience.
A valid drivers’ licence is essential.
Duties in this role include:
The full recruitment process
Coordinating training and development
Handling CCMA cases up to Arbitration
Managing employee relations
