Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing team at ContactPoint 360. This is a full-time remote position where you will play a key role in overseeing all HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management—ensuring that our HR practices align with the company’s strategic objectives. As the HR Manager, you will be integral in driving the development of HR policies, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the creation of a positive work environment that reflects our values of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the charge in hiring top-tier talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.

Local Partnerships: Collaborate with local agencies to smoothly launch and scale operations, ensuring that all aspects of the workforce strategy align with regional needs.

Customer & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with customers and partners as part of the setup and scaling process, aligning HR strategies with business requirements.

HR Policies & Compliance: Stay up to date with local labor laws, compensation and benefits, and relevant policies to ensure compliance and best practices.

Employee Relations & Performance: Maintain strong employee relations while overseeing performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and feedback cycles.

HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Culture Building: Partner with leadership to develop strategies for improving employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.

Deep understanding of local labor laws, compensation and benefits, and HR policies specific to the regions where we operate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Experience in the BPO industry is highly advantageous.

Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
