Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager position located in Durban. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing benefit programs, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The role involves coaching, supervising teams, and supporting company growth through effective HR processes.
