We require an HR Manager with at least 5 years HR experience in Brits.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Suitable HR Degree At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Experience with
industrial relations and CCMA
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from interviewing to onboarding. Foster a positive and compliant
work environment
. Resolve employee relations issues and labor disputes. Develop and implement training programs. Ensure compliance with South African labor laws. Maintain
up-to-date
