Degree/Diploma in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field. 5+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment (or 10+ years with diploma). Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation. Experience working in a unionized environment. High levels of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Strong numerical,
