Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
– Oversee workforce planning and talent acquisition to ensure staffing needs are met.
– Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
2. Recruitment and Selection
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
– Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
3. Employee Relations
– Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
– Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
– Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
4. Training and Development
– Coordinate employee training and development programs.
– Identify training needs and develop training materials and resources.
– Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes.
5. Performance Management
– Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
– Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
6. HR Administration
– Manage HRIS systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
– Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for management review.
7. Policy Development and Compliance
– Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
– Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
– Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
-Required Human Resources qualification.
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
– Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
– Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
