Full Job Description
TAH is a growing and employee-centred network of vet practices committed to building motivated teams who create happy clients and healthy pets. TAH practices are supported by a dynamic Support Office, based in Durbanville.
The HR Graduate will support the Head of Talent, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and TAH Practice Managers in enhancing organisational and people capabilities by providing administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities:
Support recruitment.
Support the onboarding of new employees.
Coordinate training events.
Maintain electronic and other HR records.
Support HR compliance processes.
Support planned and ad hoc HR projects.
Provide general HR and other office administration.
Requirements and skills:
National Diploma/ degree in Human Resource Management (recently graduated)
Work Experience:
1 – 2 years’ experience of HR administration with exposure to recruitment and training coordination (optional, new grads welcome to apply).
Skills:
Computer Literate, Telephone skills, Building constructive relationships, Good verbal and written communication skills, Overview knowledge of HR systems, processes and policies, Record keeping, Recruitment process, Leave administration, Training coordination.
