Experience The successful incumbent must possess at least three (3) years experience within a Human Resources role Formal qualifications A relevant Human Resources Management qualification Proven experience with payroll systems will be an added advantage Valid driving license code 08, and own transport Responsibilities Provide overall HR support Ensure Legislative compliance to all relevant employment and labour legislation Guide and support line managers with HR practices and processes Implementation of HR initiatives and projects into the business as and when required Complete all daily requirements as well as any other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned by management to meet the objectives of the business Day-to-day administrative duties within the HR department Assist and guide managers on implementing and interpreting company Policies and Procedures Manage Leave applications and balances Monitor staff performance Signing of all employment contracts and related employment documentation Generating all official internal human resources related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warnings Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations Maintaining employee files as well as their documents, benefits and attendance records Creating
employee engagement
plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities Evaluating employee performance Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances in
collaboration
with the labour consultants Inherent requirements for the position Excellent
