HR Delivery Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Delivery Lead to join our Program, Project & Service Management team. The role requires a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of programme and project management, capable of managing the overall delivery of complex programmes to achieve business outcomes. You will define project scope, monitor execution, and engage effectively across multiple stakeholder groups to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall delivery of programmes and projects to achieve defined business outcomes
  • Define project scope and monitor the execution of deliverables against agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups to manage expectations, address issues, and drive alignment
  • Provide strategic guidance to align project objectives with organisational goals and stakeholder expectations
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to foster innovation and ensure seamless project execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes
  • Mentor and support team members to elevate performance and encourage professional growth
  • Analyse complex challenges and develop scalable solutions that address business area needs

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in programme or project management or relevant related skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Advanced proficiency in Risk Management advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in Scope Management advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) advantageous
