The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Advise line managers and executives on HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning. Assisting in recruitment, selection and onboarding Managing employee performance HR Administration and Reporting Submission of WSP & ATR Assisting with employee programmes Identify learning needs, support

Minimum Requirements:
HR degree 5 years experience as HR Currently dealing with over 500 employees In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and
