Our client is in the heart of glitzy Camps Bay and has a position for an HR Administrator to join their team of extraordinary people.

We’re seeking a well-presented and knowledgeable individual with aproven track recordin Human Resources. You should be adept atproblem-solving, providing support, thriving under pressure, and have exceptionally strong administration skills. You will blend impeccablecommunicationwith a deep sense of confidentiality, tending to every HR detail with care andprecision.

If you are skilled in providing continuous assistance to managers and employees in the company withrespectto HR Policies and Procedures including employee relations, engagement, recruitment, benefits, legislation,wellnessand health and safety programs, and ensure that all employee files and other legislative aspects are beyond reproach, we’d love to have youjoin our team.
Grade 12 or equivalent
Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Organizational or Industrial Psychology
Minimum of 1-year experience in the same or similar position (Hospitality experienceadvantageous)
Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level
Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook in particular)
Familiar with all Human resources legislature and amendments
Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 is advantageous
Familiar with PSiber / HRIS systems (highly advantageous)
