We’re Hiring: HR Administrator

Location: KZN, Durban, Durban North

Job Type: Permanent Position

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people? We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our team and help keep our HR operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.

· Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

· Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.

· Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate timekeeping and data entry.

· Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

· Assist with general HR queries from employees and provide administrative support to the wider HR team.

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (2+ years preferred).

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Good understanding of HR processes and systems (experience with HR software is a plus).

· Professional communication skills and a team-player attitude.

· Related qualification and experience is a must.
