Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the team at a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek
. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in laundry, linen, and storeroom areas
Restock supplies and amenities as needed
Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure resolution
Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleans when required
Uphold hygiene and safety regulations at all times
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments
Ensure attention to detail in the presentation of rooms and common areas
Provide courteous and discreet service to guests
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or estate setting
Physically fit and able to manage the demands of the role
High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
