200 rooms, Bistro Bar and Eatery , Kitchen provides for our Breakfast buffet, a la carte lunch and dinner, room service, conferencing, functions, takeaways
South Aficans only. MUST HAVE HOTEL EXPERIENCE
R20k per month. Own car preferable. Residential address for staff transport purposes e
Minimum 1 year as Sous Chef in Hotel environment
Correct opening and closing procedures of the kitchen for all power & gas equipment.
