We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Hotel Porter to join our team. As a Hotel Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel by assisting with various tasks and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
– Deliver room service orders and assist with setting up and clearing tables
– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and other public spaces
– Monitor and restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas
– Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
– Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
– Assist with valet parking services and maintain the cleanliness of the parking area
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience
– Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
– Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team. Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
– Knowledge of basic computer skills and reservation systems
