SALES EXECUTIVE – HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY (NATIONAL ROLE)
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, driven Sales Executive to take our hospitality offering to the next level. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and operating in the fast-paced world of hotels, restaurants, and lodges — this one’s for you.
This role focuses on driving growth across South Africa by targeting hotel groups, restaurant chains, game lodges, and hospitality operators, while representing a premium brand known for quality and innovation in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, chains, lodges, and hospitality groups
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers including chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams, and executives
- Present and promote premium hospitality apparel solutions, showcasing quality, innovation, and industry relevance
- Drive sales through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and consistent follow-ups
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client training sessions
- Prepare proposals, compile quotations, and confidently negotiate and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and culinary expos
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all sales activity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales track record with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to engage at all levels
- Confident negotiator with strong presentation and closing abilities
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven (“go-getter” mindset)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ B2B sales experience (hospitality, catering, foodservice or similar sector
- Proven experience selling into hotels, restaurants, or lodges is highly advantageous
- A genuine passion for the culinary and hospitality space
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
