The Porter will be responsible for the safe transportation of patients from wards to departments and back and other general work as deemed necessary from time to time.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience providing support preferably in a medical environment
Able to transport patients to and from hospital wards to the venue
Able to deliver patient reports to the referring doctors and wards
Ability to assist in other general work including cleaning and movement of patients
Skills Required
Matric
Ability to work over weekends (shifts)
Must reside near/ in the area or have reliable transport
Maintain patient privacy
Strong patient centric focus
