Purpose of the Role:
The position is responsible for delivering sales whilst effecting acceptable/attractive GP to retailers and creating value at retail in the HMR department.
Job Description :
- To identify ways to increase Retailer’s HMR gross profit and sales
- To assist stores with ranging and menu design for the HMR department
- To assist stores with recipes and recipe costings for the the HRM department
- To assist stores with stock and order control in HMR department
- To assist stores with production planning to maximize HMR productivity
- To assist stores with implementation of good hygiene and food safety standards in department
- To assist project managers with store revamps and new store openings
- To advise on the purchasing, layout and maintenance of HMR of department equipment
- To provide training to retailers on the National Service Department Library
- To identify food trends and implement in stores
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Food Service & Foods Preparation
- 1 year experience in Managing a kitchen
- Driver’s Licence
Education:
National Diploma: Food Science
National Senior Certificate _Matric (Required)
