Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive student recruitment and revenue growth at Africa Skills Vereeniging.
Strengthen brand positioning through comprehensive campaigns and outreach.
Manage lead generation using both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, including industry partnerships.
Organize and execute large-scale recruitment events and marketing activations.
Analyze and report on market trends, campaign performance, and enrollment data.
Supervise CRM data accuracy and oversee recruitment documentation.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales and marketing officers.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (preferably in the education or service sector).
Proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and sales execution.
Experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and data analytics.
Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales Strategies, or CRM Systems (preferred).
