THE POSITION
You will be required to communicate with different stakeholders in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Ensurecommunicationlinks to internal and external service providers/contractors are maintained at all times and that requests for services are dispatched immediately.
Capture details relating to complaints and feedback, building defects & damage and security activities.
Take accurate messages, repeat back to caller and dispatch, and allocate jobs within allocated time frames.
Capture details relating to complaints and/or feedback.
Delivering great customer service.
THE PERSON
Experience in a high-volume contact centre/call centre environment.
Excellentcommunication skillswith an excellent telephone manner, including the ability to liaise with all levels of the business.
Highly developed computer skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong writtencommunication skills.
Proven experience working in tight reporting deadlines and busy workloads.
Proactive attitude.
Excellentattention to detail.
Highly developed interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Flexible to work across a rotating roster.
