Are you a skilled HVAC tradesperson that is looking for a job? Roy’s Contracting is hiring for an individual that is skilled in HVAC and electrical! We specialize in the rehabilitation of homes across Western Kansas, bringing properties back to life. Primary focus in HVAC, electrical, and insulation.
We are looking for reliable and trustworthy, full-time team members who are ready to work hard and grow with us.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experienced Tradespeople: Background/skills in HVAC, Electrical, or General Carpentry are highly valued.
- Licensed Tradespeople in HVAC.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions
- Proven construction experience with a focus on HVAC system installation and mechanical systems repair
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van or service vehicle safely
Job Details & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Salary is competitive and fully based on your experience.
- Starting at $18 for working time and $21 for experience in HVAC. More if you have your journeyman’s or master’s license.
- Travel Provided: We service various projects throughout Western Kansas. A company vehicle is provided for all work travel.
- Home for Dinner: While daytime travel across the region is required, you will be home most evenings—no constant overnight road trips.
