Full Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Manage medical aid claims and authorisations
Liaise with medical aid providers and clients (patients)
Ensure accurate processing of benefits and payments
Maintain up to date members records and documentation.
Provide support and guidance on medical aid queries
Requirements:
Previous experience in a medical administration or claims processing role is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with medical terminology and billing systems
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Skills:
Able to coordinate online medical aid and gap cover platforms.
Basic computer literacy and able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Able to maintain and updated the digital client record database.
