SCOPE OF WORK
Assess and provide advice for employee’s application for incapacity leave (short and long period)
Assess and provide advice for employee’s initiated and/or employer’s initiated application for ill-health retirement
Assess and provide advice for alternative accommodation of employees on medical grounds
Advise on applications for occupational injuries and disease cases
Provide efficient and effective case management
Requirements
COMPANY EXPERIENCE
Must have 3 years or more experience in managing occupational health cases
Must have a certified and valid registration certificate with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in Occupational Health/Medicine
Positive references from clients must be attached
COMPANY DIRECTOR’S EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
MBChB Degree with a Diploma in Occupational Health
Valid certified registration certificate with the HPCSA as an Occupational Health Practitioner / Occupational Medicine Practitioner
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Occupational Health Practitioner or Medical Practitioner
