Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and company standards.
- Organize safety training, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
- Maintain safety records and prepare compliance reports.
- Promote a safe working environment across all departments.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the garment industry.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
