or training role within a mid-to-large organization. Proven success in building and executing
leadership
programs with measurable results. Experience in
succession planning
and high-potential talent identification. Preferred industry experience: pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or high-growth corporate environments.
Education:
Masters degree (preferred) or bachelors degree in:
