Role Overview
As the Head of Telesales, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and optimising a high-performing telesales team. Your role will involve developing strategies to meet targets, overseeing daily operations, and driving a culture of success and accountability within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Team leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a remote telesales team to achieve and exceedsales targets.
Performanceoptimization:
Monitor and analyse team performance, ensuringcontinuous improvementthroughdata-driven decisions.
Training and development:
Provide coaching to agents, identify skill gaps, and implement ongoing training initiatives.
Process refinement:
Work closely withleadershipto refine sales processes, scripts, and overall team structure to maximize productivity.
Campaign management:
Ensure consistent performance across all campaigns by aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
Reporting:
Prepare and present performance reports, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
3+ years in telesalesleadership, preferably within telecom or similar industries.
Leadershipability:
Proven success in leading and managing teams in a remote setting.
Strongcommunicationskills:
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset:
Proficient in analysing performance data and identifying actionable improvements.
Problem solver:
Capable of addressing challenges and implementing solutions effectively.
