Head of Sales – Foreign Exchange Intermediary Business Jobs in Durban, South Africa at Capital Efficiency Group
Capital Efficiency Group is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team as Head of Sales – Foreign Exchange Intermediary Division. This is a full-time position which offers an excellent opportunity for career development within the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
Sales – growing the businesses client base in relation to its FX product offerings & promoting the CEG group’s services
Onboard new clients with our banking principles
Maintaining good client records
Client account relationship management – consistently servicing clients and liaising with our partners
Facilitating client transactions
Month end reconciliation of transactions
Monthly reporting to Management
Candidate Requirements:
Previous work experience in financial services
FAIS RE5 Certificate
A good understanding of the FX market, terminology, Exchange Control and SARS regulations
A relevant commerce or financial degree
Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Strong administrative skills
Strong marketing, sales and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/Power Point
A target-driven mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
