Role Overview

The Head of Sales will lead the sales strategy, execution, and team management with our client. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through acquiring new customers, expanding their customer base, and building long-term relationships with institutional clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in salesleadershipwithin the fintech or cryptocurrency space, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (advantageous)

3+ years of experience in salesleadership roleswithin the fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain space, with aproven track recordof driving revenue growth.

Strongleadershipabilities with experience in managing and scaling sales teams across different markets and geographies.

In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and financial regulations.

Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute the global sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets, driving growth across both retail and institutional markets.

Team Leadership:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing training, motivation, and ongoingprofessional developmentto ensure peak performance.

Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients.

Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring the highest level ofcustomer satisfactionand retention.

Market Intelligence:
Stayup-to-datewith cryptocurrency industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.

Cross-Departmental

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals, product offerings, and market positioning.

Sales Analytics & Reporting:
Monitorsales performancemetrics, providing regular updates and reports tosenior leadership, ensuringdata-driven decision-making.

BrandAdvocacy:
Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and media outlets, positioning the company as a thought leader in the cryptocurrency space.
