Remuneration: R10,000.00 + Commission

Exclusive Essentials is launching a new Quality Assurance department and is looking for a seasoned Head of QA to lead and shape this critical function. If you thrive in a high-performance sales call center environment and are passionate about driving quality and results, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage the QA department from the ground up
Lead, train, and mentor a team of QA analysts
Monitor and evaluate call quality and ensure compliance with sales protocols
Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent performance
Develop quality scorecards, reports, and performance insights
Analyze data and trends to recommend improvements and support business goals
Collaborate with sales and operations to align QA standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a QA role within a sales call center, including team management
Well-articulated with excellent communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of metrics, performance tracking, and reporting
Proven ability to drive results and uphold quality standards
Experience in building and implementing QA frameworks is an advantage
