Description:
The Head of PSG Online will report to the CEO of PSG Wealth Holdings. The main objectives are to grow the Online client base and revenue by enhancing the Online client value proposition, creating operational leverage through technology, and providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
Strategic planningfor the Online business in line with the PSG Financial Service group strategy
Accountability for the income and balance sheet of PSG Online Business
Growth in client base and revenue
Leverage marketing and technology to enhance client growth
Design and implement the Online Target Operating Model (TOM)
Delivery of key projects
Development and maintenance of metrics to measure business performance
Effective cost management and reduction of operational risks
Management of employment costs and improvement of staff productivity
Automation and integration of systems for secure transactions
Maintain external stakeholder relationships
Maintain internal stakeholder relationships across various teams
Stakeholder reporting (Manco and Exco)
Performance management and personal development of employees
Regular accountability meetings with direct reports
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in a technology-driven financial services environment
Experience managing teams in a technology or financial services environment
Appropriate degree for a financial services or technology environment
Project managementexperience
