When you bring your 5+ years of product management experience and 2+ years of team leadership to M-KOPA, you’ll find yourself empowered to make meaningful decisions. You’ll have the autonomy to develop product visions that are backed by data and driven by a deep understanding of our users’ realities.
As you guide multiple product managers, you’ll help them grow while ensuring our products evolve throughout their lifecycle. Your analytical skills will shine as you conduct complex data analysis that informs strategic direction. And your collaborative approach will strengthen teams working across multiple countries.

A Day in Your Life at M-KOPA
Your hybrid work arrangement gives you flexibility while keeping you connected to both our office environment and the customers we serve. One day, you might be collaborating with engineers on platform improvements; the next, you could be in the field, gathering insights directly from users about their experiences. You’ll travel between our markets, ensuring our solutions address the unique needs of diverse communities.
You’ll build deep knowledge of how our customers engage with our products, cultivate a culture of psychological safety and accountability across your teams, and promote data-driven decision-making at every level. When needed, you might even step directly into a product manager role to fill gaps or gain deeper experience in specific areas.
