We’re Hiring: Principal Business Unit Head
Are you a strategic leader with proven experience in Call Centre or BPO Operations within financial services? Do you speak French or English fluently and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments?
We’re on the lookout for a Principal Business Unit Head to join our global team. You’ll lead large-scale operations, own client relationships, and drive performance across multiple key accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead high-performing call centre teams in a financial services environment
Manage key client relationships, ensuring SLAs and performance goals are met
Coach and develop talent across the business unit
Identify operational improvements and growth opportunities
Drive financial performance, governance, and compliance
You’ll Need To Have:
5+ years in a senior operational leadership role (call centre/BPO preferred)
Fluent in French or English (preferred)
Available to work full-time USA hours
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management experience
Proven ability to manage multiple lines and drive performance
Commercial and operational acumen, with a track record of success
